Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Fabric House Clothing, we aim to deliver every order safely and on time across Pakistan.
Shipping Charges
A flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders. Parcels are dispatched through registered and reliable courier services.
Full payment is required before dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Major cities: 3–4 working days
Remote areas and villages: 4–6 working days
Deliveries are not normally made on Sundays. Delivery times may be extended during sales, public holidays, promotional campaigns, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Parcel Inspection
Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. Do not accept any package that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. Contact us immediately to report the issue.
Scheduled Delivery
A preferred delivery-date option may be available in selected areas. Delivery on the nominated date is subject to courier availability and operational conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its delivery status.
