At Fabric House Clothing, we aim to deliver every order safely and within the estimated timeframe.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are normally dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Payment and Dispatch
Full payment is required before an order is dispatched. All parcels are shipped through reliable and registered courier services.
Estimated Delivery Time
Major cities: 3–4 working days
Remote areas and villages: 4–6 working days
Deliveries are generally not made on Sundays. Delivery times may be extended during sales, promotional campaigns, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Opened Parcels
Please do not accept a parcel that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. Report the issue to our customer support team immediately.
Preferred Delivery Date
Customers may request a preferred delivery date. Delivery on the selected date is subject to courier availability and operational conditions.
